Thank you all for taking a moment out of your valuable time to read the quarterly report. We think it will be well worth your time to peruse this overview so that you can understand how your investment is being applied and, more importantly, when you can expect to see a return.
As you know, one of our core operating philosophies is portfolio diversification. This means that we maintain a core wheelhouse of tried and true steady scalers while also keeping an eye out for up and comers.
Our wheelhouse investments — cumbia, funk, soul, and psychedelia — saw impressive dividends, which we have reinvested into new markets.
This quarterly report contains the fruits of that labor. In the past we have maintained an annual “Made By Best Of New To Me” list, but as we have become increasingly aware of new investment opportunities, it made more sense to perform this review on a quarterly basis.
Please take the time to review the full portfolio contained herein. You will find exciting offerings from foreign markets (Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic, England, Taiwan, South Africa) and burgeoning genres (yacht rock revival, j-jazz, inspirational disco, whatever the hell ShitKid is).
Of course, a quarterly review is nothing without a preview of the next three months. Coming soon, we will tune into an etherial radio that mysteriously comes to life, engage with the mysterious nuances between sunset and sunrise, and maybe even attempt a little time travel. All this, and hopefully much more. We’re shooting for a biweekly cadence of music drops, so stay tuned!
Thank you for listening and please pay for any of the complementary coffee and pastries you may have consumed during the meeting. Budgets are tight, people.
